Historic Facility: It is an adaptive reuse of the historic South Georgia College Administration Building, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The facility won a Georgia Trust Award for Excellence in Rehabilitation in 2015.
Auditorium: Features an acoustically excellent 400-seat auditorium facing a raised 21-by-43-foot stage equipped with modern sound and lighting systems.
County Museum: Houses the Telfair County Museum inside the building's Maneely Room, which is open by appointment or during live events.
