You are invited to place an entry in the 2021 Telfair County Lighted Christmas Parade.
We are looking for entries of floats, walkers, cars, trucks, etc. We would like for your enetry to illustrate the theme of "Home for Christmas" and what it means to you! We encourage you to be creative with the theme, keeping things fresh and fund but most of all LIT UP!.
Remember a live Santa will be bringing up the rear of the parade so no live Santa Claus on your entry.
As this parade is a night parade, so for safety reasons we do not allow candy throwing.
All entries, including horses, must be registered prior to the paradewith the Telfair County Chamber of Commerce and display a decal received from the Chamber.
Please note that the City of McRae-Helena has tentatively approved the parade permit. But, if there is a significant increase in COVID cases or the Governor issues an executive order the permit may be revoked.
