Telfair County Pre-K Registration
Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Applications can be picked up at Telfair
County Pre-K office located at 212 W. Huckabee St., McRae-Helena, GA
These are the requirements for Pre-K:
¨ Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2018.
¨ Applications must include a copy of the birth certificate, copy of Social Security Card and 2 proofs of residency.
If these are not with the application, it will not be complete and cannot be turned in.
Additional items needed:
¨ Certificate of Immunization
¨ Ear, Eye and Dental screening
¨ If you or your child receives any of the following, we need a copy of the card: Medicaid, Peachcare, Wellcare, food stamps or TANF.
If you do not receive any of the above, you must verify your household income.
