McRae-Helena Businesses, Civic Groups, Churches and School Groups that will be participating in this event and wish to be included in the Chamber's promotion of this event must complete and submit a participating form.
Merchants/Civic Organizations/Churches/School Groups that wish to participate and would like to be included in any advertisment that the Chamber does, must complete and submit a participation form to the Chamber by 12 noon, November 12, 2019. To be included in Chamber promotions, merchants must be a current member of the Telfair County Chamber of Commerce.
Santa will be hosted by Toni's House of Style.
Fees to be included in Chamber promtions are as follows:
*2019 Telfair County Chamber Members: FREE
*Non-Chamber Members: $25
Deadline to submit participation form/fees: 12 noon, Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
